Our bakers will start work before the sun rises each day to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible before it gets to you, your local grocer, or by e-Commerce. The warm smell of baking bread will escape onto I-25 each morning before we've even opened. We're dedicated to kickstarting your morning with 5 varieties of warm Challah and a cup of hot coffee!
We work with nearly all local suppliers to source the most Organic, tasty, Kosher certified, healthy ingredients, and use traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality. What makes us happy...is to make your tastebuds happy! So while we plan for the new SEPPY's manufacturing facility with a "comfort zone", you can call Ellie at 719-320-9789 to order from our Cottage Industry facility.
300 Sunny days in Pueblo,Colorado guarantees that our patio will be full of guests enjoying a treat or two while relaxing. On the other 65 not-so-sunny days, or days you may prefer to be inside, we'll also offer seating within our "comfort zone" where you can get up-close to the soothing aroma of............. fresh, baking, Challah!
